Our experiences and observations of legal processes in the United States has lead us to conclude that there is a major disconnect between the actual rendering of justice and legal proceedings outcome.  It is our belief that most of the players in the legal industry are the least bit interested in applying the laws to the Citizen's benefit, but are more interested in sustaining a cashflow industry.  The Citizen ends up suffering the consequences of missapplied laws, instead of having his rights upheld and respected.

It is this topsy-turvy state of things in the legal system that leads us to the conclusion that, in order to get Justice in today's courts, the Citizen needs to empower himself by learning what the actual laws say, and learning when, and when not, the laws apply to him.
